As the founder of the Maddox Firm, Natalie has developed an effective family and injury law practice that combines her passion for resolving disputes with effective negotiation skills and advocacy. Her passion and commitment for becoming an attorney was a childhood dream, inspired by her aunt who established her own successful private practice in Arkansas. Natalie's dedication and self-motivation drove her to complete law school at the University of Maryland in 2012, while simultaneously working full-time job in Washington, DC. After successfully being admitting to the Maryland Bar, she established her own family and injury law practice in 2014.
